I summarise the process of definition and development of new products in the following four phases:
0 Before starting the process, it becomes important that the company brings together internal capacities for research and development, negotiating capacibilty with suppliers and good market and competitors analysis and understanding.
1 At the beginning, remarkably complex and subjective, contribute elements such as setting the quality standards, pricing*, positioning, package presentation and identification of competitive advantages in the market.
