Emotions, learning and action at the speed of light. Since 2008, my world changed. The love, affection and joy I felt during the pregnancy of Inês, and then the birth and early care of my daughter, the first steps, first words and first laugh, are truly unique and full of happiness and fulfillment.

Inês is my love. The friendship, affection, respect and pride, are feelings that grow day by day and make me live more happily. She has fascinating human qualities and an irreducible passion for pets. And now I am sure that she is an extraordinary mom.

Odília (mom) always has an catching smile and emotions alight. A wonderful and a tireless human being, dedicated entirely to support her husband and three children. And so often we do not deserve...  

The (father) Adolfo is someone very special. Self-made man, he has an wonderful capacity for work and dedication to causes he embrace. And he can always surprise by the experience and willingness to help.

Alexandra (sister) is a remarkable box full of surprises. She has enviable analytical skills, culture and the puzzles and idealism of those who are not resigned. Graduated in Anthropology and Master of Urban Anthropology. She is researcher at the Institute of Social Sciences, University of Lisbon.

The Adolfo (brother) seduces. Great communicator and a sportsman, he is quite a “wrestler”. He dedicates his life to help others and do it daily with children and adults. He is currently professor of sports and indoor soccer coach in San Miguel, Azores.
