We all have disagreeing characteristics and I can not avoid this rule. Usually more sociable, I also have a very individualistic side. Usually more objective, I get a great pleasure to retreat in the most creative developments. Usually more quiet, I also feel the lack of positive stress (dynamic) to feel good.

Each will have a different interpretation on me, but these are the ideas that serve as the basis for my self-analysis:

Flexibility. Diversity of skills. Open mind to change.

Creativity. Ideas. The innovative challenge of difference.

Guidance for the solution. The challenge of constant quality. More important than "dissect" problems, we must invest time and resources in finding solutions (to success).

Sensitivity. Excitement. Concern for others and a world progressively more fair.

Assertiveness. We have the right and the duty to contribute for improving the environment around us. It becomes easier if we could adopt a positive spirit and messages more transparent and clear.
